Renée Clapsadle
I’m Renée Clapsadle, founder of Ebb & Flow Strategies. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with organizations at moments of change—when growth is picking up, expectations are shifting, or the next phase requires more structure than what’s in place today.
My background spans public health, digital transformation, and behavioral health. Across all of it, my focus has been the same: helping organizations strengthen the operational foundation that allows good work to scale, stabilize, and last.
I lead from the center. I work alongside leaders and teams to understand what’s really getting in the way, align strategy with day-to-day execution, and put practical systems in place to help teams function with less friction. I’m often brought in when things are working, but not as smoothly as they could be, and when capable people need clearer structure to move forward with confidence.
